e-fulfil is FastAnt's own innovative web based literature ordering system.
Your web visitor orders literature from your site, this order is received directly into the FastAnt system and automatically generates a personalised covering letter that will be sent with the literature ordered.

We can also triangulate the request through the Royal mail postcode system to update your local branch of the literature request through email or by updating your Contact Management System (CMS).		 

 Our customers' marketing material is on-hand for us in our temperature controlled warehouse, this allows FastAnt to pick the literature request quickly and easily and make it ready for despatch direct to the person making the request.

This has the effect of reducing the number of hours your own staff send your literature. Additionally, FastAnt will assist you to manage your stocks of marketing materials and you will be able to control your stock levels and identify re-orders through our internet stock control system.

Your client's literature request is sent directly to the requestor, often using Royal Mail.

On a regular basis we will forward to you a report detailing how many literature responses have been made, including a demographic breakdown of who ordered what marketing materials.

We can then integrate that data directly in to your CRM system, or you can use FastAnt's own online CRM and let your customer services team identify new leads whilst they are still current.
